Receiving the service after payment
Plans and packs are digital: after a successful payment, minutes and attempts are credited in your account (Dashboard / Tariffs). Robokassa/the OFD issues the fiscal receipt; a copy may go to the email used at checkout or as configured in the merchant account.
Refunds and withdrawal from the service
What you pay for is access to the Polyglot Voice cloud service: recording minutes and transcription attempts (digital content). The service is deemed provided once the paid quota has been successfully credited to your account.
If, after a payment confirmed via Robokassa, quota was not credited due to a technical fault on our side, email the contact address below with the subject “Payment refund”, including the payment date and your account email. We will verify the transaction and, if the fault is confirmed, refund the full amount using a method allowed by the payment system and applicable Russian law.
Refund requests are reviewed within up to ten (10) business days from receipt of a complete request. We may ask for additional information to identify the payment.
If you have already used the paid quota (minutes or attempts consumed), no refund is given for the portion of the service actually used, except where mandatory Russian consumer law requires otherwise. Questions about unused balance when you stop early are handled case by case within applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time (including deleting your account in profile settings). That does not replace a separate refund request where you seek repayment under the grounds above.
