We process account and contact data (email, name/handle from Google/Telegram), technical data (IP, cookies, session tokens, API logs), and uploaded media/links, transcripts, segments, and clips.

• Provide transcription, clipping, and export features.
• Minute-based billing, quotas, attempts, plan and usage history.
• Account security and abuse prevention (auth, logging, limits).

Data is transferred over secure channels. Retention depends on plan and user settings; after expiry data is deleted or anonymized. Short-lived media tokens are used for playback. Full payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data and delete your account in profile. Contact support for data questions.

We do not transfer personal data abroad except where required to provide the service (e.g., payment or email providers) and only with adequate protection or user consent where required by law.
