Privacy Policy

1. Data we process

We process account and contact data (email address, username/nickname; when signing in via Google/Telegram/Yandex — user ID, name, email address, and other data provided by the respective auth provider; if you verify by phone — phone number and OTP-related data), technical data (IP address, cookies, session tokens, API logs). The IP address may be used for security, abuse prevention, and technical logging. The service uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, maintain your session, and improve security. Uploaded or recorded media, URLs, transcripts, segments, translation text, clips, and TTS audio are processed solely to fulfill your requests and are not used to train service models without your separate consent. For teams (workspace), quota usage is billed to the team plan owner. If you use referrals, we process referral codes and bonuses.

2. Legal bases for processing

Personal data is processed on the following bases:

  • user consent;
  • performance of the user agreement;
  • requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation;
  • the need to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use data

  • Provide transcription, translation, clipping, export, and TTS.
  • Billing: minutes, quotas, attempts, TTS characters, conversions, API usage; team workspaces share limits billed to the plan owner.
  • Account security and abuse prevention (authentication, logging, limits). We do not publish detailed security implementations.
  • Payments and referrals (when applicable): payment status and provider identifiers; referral bonuses per program rules.

4. Storage and security

Data is transferred over secure channels. Database and on-disk retention depend on your plan and task settings (including keeping the source for clips; on the Free plan, when translation is requested, translated result text may be kept for up to 72 hours; otherwise transcript retention follows the plan). Source files are removed after processing except for clip retention windows and short-lived URL mirrors. After expiry, data is deleted or anonymized. Short-lived media tokens are used for playback. If storage is critically full, new uploads may be temporarily limited. Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

5. Your rights

You may request information about processing, access, correction, blocking, or deletion of your data where provided by Russian law, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. PD requests are accepted via the contacts in Legal details and reviewed within statutory time limits.

6. Cross-border transfers

Cross-border transfer of personal data occurs only with lawful grounds and in compliance with Russian PD law. This may include auth providers (Google, Telegram, Yandex), anti-bot and infrastructure services (including Cloudflare), email delivery, and external speech, synthesis, and language-model APIs, including providers located outside the Russian Federation. Where required, separate consent is requested.

7. User responsibility

You are responsible for the legality of materials you upload to the service and confirm you have the necessary rights to use and process them.

By using the service you agree to this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Full personal data processing policy
