Service usage rules

1. General provisions

These Service usage rules (hereinafter — "Rules") define the terms and conditions for using the Polyglot Voice platform (hereinafter — "Service"), provided by the service administration (hereinafter — "Administration").

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Rules, understood their content and accept all terms without any exceptions or reservations.

If the User disagrees with any terms of the Rules, the User is not entitled to use the Service.

2. Prohibited actions

2.1. Prohibited content

The User is prohibited from:

  • Posting advertising materials, referral links, links to third-party resources, or messages whose primary purpose is promoting external sites, goods, or services
  • Engaging in political or religious discussions likely to cause conflicts between users
  • Posting advertisements for casinos, bookmakers, slot machines, or slots
  • Posting advertisements for pornographic materials or links to pornographic sites
  • Distributing extremist materials, calls for violence or terrorism
  • Using spam phrases, clickbait, or fraudulent earning schemes

2.2. Violation of communication rules

The User is prohibited from:

  • Creating conflict situations or provoking other users
  • Using insults, threats, humiliating statements, or profanity toward other users or representatives of the Administration
  • Using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

2.3. Prohibited use of the service

The User is prohibited from:

  • Violating the laws of the Russian Federation and other applicable laws
  • Distributing malicious software
  • Collecting third parties' personal data without their consent
  • Infringing copyright and related rights
  • Conducting automated attacks on the Service infrastructure
  • Bypassing technical limits and restrictions of the Service

3. Measures for violations

If these Rules are violated, the Administration may restrict the User's access to community features (comments, topics, discussions).

The Administration may delete violating comments and hide or restrict access to the community.

  • Hide or restrict access to community features (comments, topics, discussions)

Restricting community access does not affect transcription, tariffs, or other core Service features.

4. Restoring access

To restore access, the User may contact the Administration via the feedback form or a dedicated support chat.

Decisions on lifting restrictions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

5. Administration rights

The Administration has the right to make changes to these Rules at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Service.

The Administration reserves the right to moderate content, delete comments, block users without prior notice in case of violation of the Rules.

The Administration is not responsible for the content of comments posted by users, but reserves the right to moderate and delete them.
